What’s so great about this program?
This isn’t just a summer job – it’s the start of your leadership journey at Sheetz. Our 12-week Store Internship Program pays $19–$20/hour and is designed to take you from student to store leader through hands-on experience, mentorship, and real responsibility.
You’ll rotate through roles as a Store Team Member and Supervisor, building skills that prepare you to lead. Along the way, you’ll connect with District and Regional Managers, gain executive exposure, and receive coaching to help you grow.
Whether you want to fast-track into leadership or take it step by step, this program gives you the tools, support, and opportunities to shape your future at Sheetz.

Here’s your path:
Store Team Member
As a Store Team Member, you’ll jump into a fast-paced, FUN atmosphere where teamwork makes it all happen. From customer service to food prep to sales, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the store while making every customer’s day a little brighter. This is where your Sheetz journey begins – and where your leadership path takes its first step.
Supervisor
During the program, you’ll step into the Supervisor role – your first taste of leadership. You’ll guide teammates, keep operations running smoothly, and take on real responsibility in shaping the store experience. With mentorship and coaching along the way, this is where you start turning hustle into leadership
Beyond the internship:
This internship is just your first step to leadership – and from here, the path is yours to choose. After completing the 12-week program, you could:
Transition into the Training Associate (TASO) Program: where you’ll experience growth both professionally and personally, overcoming real-world leadership challenges with guidance from your Certified Performance Coach (CPC).
Grow into an Assistant Store Manager (ASM): following the standard career progression toward Store Manager and beyond.
Continue as a Supervisor (SPV): stepping further into leadership while honing your skills in-store.
No matter which path you choose, Sheetz provides the mentorship, coaching, and opportunities to keep moving forward.
